Shipping Policy
We use USPS (First Class, Priority Mail) as our carrier. The Bath Habit is not responsible for any shipping delays/issues.
When will I receive a tracking number? Our order processing time is 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will email you your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
What happens if my order is returned to sender? If your order is returned to us, you will be refunded (minus the shipping cost). To avoid any shipping delays or mistakes, please make sure you double check all of your personal information is correct when placing an order.
Can I cancel my order once it is placed? All sales are final. We do not allow order cancellations.
What if I input the wrong shipping address for my order?
Please email us immediately within 12 hours at info@thebathhabit.com with "SHIPPING DISPUTE" in the subject line for immediate assistance updating your shipping address. Once your order is shipped, we are not able to update your shipping address.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship worldwide or international.
