Refund policy

Damages and Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will try our best to resolve the issue expeditiously.
Please also include in the email your order number, picture/video of the product showing any defect or damage. 
Refunds 
At this time we do not accept returns or provide refunds.
With the exception of the item possibly getting damaged (jar cracked, broken, damaged package)  during shipping, it is solely to our discretion to refund or replace the item.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any items. 
If the damaged item is approved, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the order number/receipt as proof of purchase.

If approved, we will process the refund as a replacement of the same item of the same value.
All return shipping is covered by the customer
